Festival Rules and Regulations
Vendors set-up: Thurs, Sept 13th 5-8 pm
Fri, Sept 14th 9 am till 12 pm
Sat., 6:30 - 8 am
(5k run stat at 8:00 am)
All booths must be ready to open by Friday by 1:00 pm and Saturday 9am and remain open until 8:30 pm. You may choose to open only Saturday, but prices remain the same for 1 or 2 days.
There will be parking for vendors only. When you enter vendor parking area, you will receive 1 parking pass for craft booths, 2 for food booths, to place in your windshield. Only cars with vendor pass will be allowed to leave and re-enter.
Limited Electricity is available for and additional charge of $15 per outlet. Please send in application ASAP if electricity is needed because there will be a limited amount. The Town of Clermont is working on adding more power sources this year to ensure proper amount of electricity. Please bring a minimum of 100 ft. drop cord.
There will not be a rain date. Application is a commitment to show. No refunds will be made unless Festival Staff cancels event.
Each exhibitor must provide his or her own display. Tents are recommended. This is an outdoor event. Come prepared for any kind of weather. Come prepared to set-up on pavement and natural ground. Booths are 10x10 for single, 10x20 for double, etc.
All food booths and free water booths must have trash cans and all trash bagged and ready to pick up at the end of the festival.
All display items, shelving, or any other merchandise must remain inside assigned space. All hot items must be kept in a safe area of your booth. All food booths must be protected from all 4 sides and all cooking and hot appliances must stay within booth space.
Tables must be presented with tablecloths. If under table storage is needed, please drape tables to the ground. Display should be attractive and in good taste. Please note this is a family oriented event. Clermont Days staff and volunteers reserve the right to disallow sale of illegal, dangerous, or disruptive items. (Poppers are not allowed. Marshmallow shooters may be sold without the marshmallows)
Each exhibitor is responsible for insurance, health certificates, etc. Food vendors may have a pre-opening inspection by Hall Co. Health Dept. Go to their website to find Food Safety Rules. All Food Venders will be required to have a fire extinguisher, If you have a cover 10 X 20 must be fire retardent per the Hall County Fire Marshall.
VENDORS BREAKDOWN: Strictly Enforced for safety!
Booths Close at 9 pm
You may close booth early, but departure will only be after 9:30 pm. No cars will be allowed in area until after 9:30. There will be fireworks at dark and people will still be in area. Please bring your own trash bags and clean up your area before leaving. Look forward to a great Festival!

Late Fee: After this date there will be an extra $20 per booth space
Applications and/or money will not be accepted at set-up time!
All applications and monies must be received before Sept 12th!
