I release the City of Clermont, and all festival volunteers from any liability while in operation of this event. I understand that I am responsible for my own liability insurance. All Rides and attractions are responsible for insurance in case of an accident. Food Booths are required to furnish own health certificates in compliance with Hall County Health Dept. (Please keep a copy of required documents at your booth) I acknowledge prior receipt of the Festival Rules and agree to adhere to the same.
