Food Safety Regulations

Provided by Hall County Health Department

 

If you have a food booth as a business, you must provide your own health certificate and have it available at your booth.

 

Temporary Food Booths

Please Note:

There could be an inspection by Hall County Health Department

 between the hours of 7:30 - 9 am

Please follow guidelines when setting up your booth to ensure proper food handling, temperatures, safety, etc.

  • Head Covers (hair restrain)

  • Keep Hands Washed             

  • Wear Hand Covers When Touching Food (Plastic / Rubber Gloves)

  • Cook Food to Proper Temperature               

  • Keep Food at the Proper Warming Temperature (Thermometer Required)

  •       Keep Serving Food Covered    

  • Keep Stored Raw Food Cold and Separated (Thermometer Required)

  • Sanitizer in Cleaning Water and Cloths

  • Do not Collect Money with Hand Covers on
