If you have a food booth as a business, you must provide your own health certificate and have it available at your booth.
Temporary Food Booths Please Note: There could be an inspection by Hall County Health Department between the hours of 7:30 - 9 am Please follow guidelines when setting up your booth to ensure proper food handling, temperatures, safety, etc.
Head Covers (hair restrain) Wear Hand Covers When Touching Food (Plastic / Rubber Gloves) Cook Food to Proper Temperature Keep Food at the Proper Warming Temperature (Thermometer Required) Keep Serving Food Covered Keep Stored Raw Food Cold and Separated (Thermometer Required) Sanitizer in Cleaning Water and Cloths Do not Collect Money with Hand Covers on Keep Area Clean
